I cannot get microstudio to play my cd's

Karen, click the Detect Drives button in most of the Microstudio screens. If your drive shows up with NO for Karaoke, then it will not read or write the CDG format.

If you need a CDR certified CDG drive, we sell them at our store. We can ship one out Monday if your order before noon on Monday. You can order from our on-line store. The fastest drive is the IDE, but the USB (with a USB-2 port) is portable between computers if you need that (and just about as fast).
