Tech Support Need help
My software state that according with my reg code I can install it on 2 computers, which I had it before but one of the computers I just upgrade to windows 8.1 so I need to install hoster again.
I submit the web form 3 times all ready but have no response from tech support, are you guys working on the holidays? |

![]() I think it is more likely they are swamped with work because of the holidays. Give it more time. My last response took about 3 business days. However they do respond quickly to emergencies if a show goes down.

Did you get automated responce at the time of submitting ?
if not it might be going to your junk folder. it's no good keep re submitting or your request goes to the bottom of the list. Did you un install on line before upgrading like I told you in an earlier post ? if so you should be able to re install without a reset, what problem are you having ? Is it telling you you already have 2 installs ?

My Windows 7 was failing and since I was able to get one of those Windows 8.1 licenses I decide to re format the hard drive, so no I did not uninstall it.
Also when I try to install it on the new Windows 8.1 it tell me that my installation Regcode allow me to install it on 2 computers but I have all ready 2 installs and it takes me to the MTU web page. And no, I don't get any automated response when I submit the ticket, just the Thanks for Submitting the ticket, bla bla bla. I check my spam folder and I don't have any email from MTU. However I can get this notifications from the forum and also I did use this service before. This is why I start this post, because I was thinking maybe MTU is close for the holidays or their website is not working properly. Thanks! |

This is getting annoying, how long I have to wait for regcode resetting on my hoster? so I can reinstall hoster. I resubmit 4 times all ready the request with no response at all from MTU. I check my spam, check if I add MTU to my safe domains ok, still not getting anything from them. Has been more than 2 weeks since I submit the first request. How long I have to wait? Any one here can help??

Sorry about the delay on this, yes we have been buried due to the holidays, but I also do not have ANY ticket from your email on record. So for some reason your ticket was not submitted to MTU.
Thanks for Posting in the forums, so that we could make sure to get it fixed, also there is Live chat on the website, so make sure to try that if you do not get a quick response.

That's weird because I submit it 4 times all ready, also I can see the disclaimer at the end of the page but as I said I don't get any email confirmation of the submission. It must be something wrong somewhere.
