Which version are you currently using ?
I just checked access to my own account and it connects OK so don't think the problem lies there. Are you sure your using the correct email and password to log in ? If you changed your email since first registering then you will need to enter your old email address to enter the accounts log in then change your email details when you get in. The email you used to register Hoster has to stay the same as when it was first registered, trying to change this can cause problems. When you say it just stops when sending the info to mtu, do you not get any other message ? One thing might help try system restore to a time before the problem started.
