Re: How do I export song list?
If you are listing the songs by Artist you will need to tick the box for include artist with each song else it won't be able to list them correct in the converted file.
The songbook creates a file named "SongBook.rtf" which if you are using 5.09 can be found in Tools/Hoster data folder. You can convert it to other formats but it will lose the existing formatting. If you want to convert it to .csv first open it in Microsoft word then choose "Save As" in the save as type box select "Plain Text (.txt) and save to your desk top so you can find it easy. Now open the .txt file in Microsoft excel but don't use the open with feature as it will probably put them all in one column. Open Excell then choose Data menu then import external data. Select your Songbook.txt file, then select the radio button for delimited then next in the next page untick Tab and Tick semicolon. For text qualifier choose " then Finish then existing worksheet. Once listed check it looks correct then from the file menu choose "save As "CSV MS Dos (.csv)"
