Error Unable to create file E:\image.cue

I am very new to Karaoke. My OS is Win98 I upgraded the Directx file to 9. The install seemed to go well and I was able to create only one CDG disc with the TV lyrics. I thought I had it made. Yes!, since then I spoiled three discs. The Lyrics didn't record. All this was using the "SimpleCD Rom program" and using my dvd/cdom with the Plexor CD+G
I learned from that experience.
So I switched to Microstudio to duplicate with the Plexor CD+G I purchased from MTU. I get Error messages that reads:
ERROR, Unable to create file "E:\image.cue" That's as far as I can get.

I am a bit confused by your post. I just don’t quite understand what is it that you are trying to do?

Are you trying do duplicate a CDG? Or are you trying to create a new one using the MicroStudio “custom assembly capabilities?

I was able to create only one CDG disc with the TV lyrics.

How did you create that CDG?

The Unable to create file error may occur for many reasons, the main ones being, that either you may not have Read/Write privileges to the folder in which you are attempting write the new data file, or that you may be out-of-disk space.

Did you try to write the file to a different location?

Finally, are you using MicroStudio exclusively? Or are you trying to write a CDG with MicroStudio AFTER preparing your track(s) using another program?

The CUE file normally contains the track layout information, while the BIN file holds that actual data.

MicroStudio does not support BIN files!
