We state that we do not generate Serial Numbers over the weekend. Also, Raleigh got iced in and we could not get to the office today. We are behind in sending out the free serial numbers. It takes us about 10 minutes to verify and generate each one, so it is a time consuming task. Please forgive our tardyness. We are working on them.
If you don't have it tomorrow, email
dougd@mtu.com with who you are (first-last name and the email address you purchased with from our store) and that you don't have your new KPro Serial Number. It is possible that something got lost, but since we use web submission, that "should be" unlikely.
