Well I have done all your sugestions, it is still acting up, might let you stop it once or twice then app cloes. In auto mode it will play several songs without a hitch unless you try to stop it. Very unstable! I checked WMP it is vesion 11.

Thank you for your help, I guess it's back to the drawing board....

One last thing you can try. From Tools/Remove silence dialog wheather you have removed silence or not from your files select Normal play mode.

Other than that I should enter a support ticket although you won't get a responce before Monday as they don't work weekends.
Point out this thread to them save them going over it all again.

Keep checking here in the mean time in case some one knows the answer.

I got it! Not sure what it was but I started from scatch and followed all the instuctions, and it works now! The only thing that I know for sure was it upgraded to IE 9.
