What Am I supposed to do
Just recieved my support ticket back. Seems my problem with Hoster, the problem that got me fired, last month. Hoster shutting down randomly throughout the show. The same problem MTUSUPPORT admits is a bug. My support ticket says This Is Fixed In 5.0

I already have lost a good Job because of this. Rarely are updates released on time. This could go on a month or two or three. Maybe even longer. It would be different if I had been doing a gig for a couple years, but when it is your first night at a new job. The owners and managers look at you as if you dont know what you are doing. Would it be sencible for MTU to send a copy of the last stable copy of hoster 4.08 or what ever. So we that have this problem, and have already upgraded. Can do a karaoke show without appoligizing all night. I purchased this upgrade in good faith, I asked 20 times if it was safe. So when i purchased the upgrade in early Fed I will not be able to use it for 2 or 3 months. Dale you act as if it is my fault that Hoster closes. I have followed every bit of direction given, setting fade settings and all.

I be to differ about 4.32 being stable. Which of the 2 you mentioned is the most stable? I did not know I could do this, also why was it not suggested much earlier. My problem is that when I put a support ticket in, the responce is never over 10 words it seems. I do not really recieve any assistence. I wrote about 4.32 shutting down, the responce This is fixed in version 5.0, once it is released. How in the world does that help me or others now.

Why did I not mention it about backing up to an earlier version? I didn't think about it. I am sorry I didn't mention it before. I am through discussing this with you. I offered you a work around until Version 5.00 comes out and that is all I will say on this.

Don't reply, but I do believe you and David would be upset if you lost $12,000 + a year. Through no fault of your own.
