Microstudio does not install

Dale,
If I click the plus (+) on the left of Program, there is no Microstudio. If I click the word 'Program', then you can find three (3) Microstudios. Microstudio 4006, 420 and 421setup.exe. I have tried to install all three of them and received the same message. I even tried going into another external hard drive and executing a start up of the three, but the same message appears. I'm afraid if I purchase the new version of Microstudio, it won't work. The new computer I purchased is 32 bit. I know the new program is 64 bit, so I'm not sure it would work anyway, or if it would even mater. If you have any other ideas, please let me know.
