Not sure if you've solved this issue. But you might make sure the lyrics are not too big for the window. Had this same thing happen to me a few years ago. Had to reduce and pull them over. I try not to import from word pad now. Nothing but headaches. Only takes a minute to type the words in as slow and bad as i type.
