Re: Cross Fade

I disagree that by setting the Fade In and Fade Out in the audio controls makes it work like a cross fade

Fade Out even states that it only works if the song terminates early and that is true and that works beautifully. BUT it does not Fade Out if you play the song to the end.

I have Fade In set to 5.0 which I'm assuming is seconds, in other applications like ITUNES if the have your Fade In set to 5 seconds then when the current playing songs has 5 seconds remaining the next song starts to fade in, which I believe is how crossfade is supposed to work.

But in Hoster the current playing song will count down to 0 not 5 before the next song plays and it is not fading in it's just playing from the beginning.

If there is something I'm doing wrong I'd like to know what. If I'm correct and these audio controls do not work as a true crossfade will that be something that will be addressed

Thanks, Stu
