Okay I understand what you're saying.
But I am one of those people who hate reading online docs.
It hurts my eyes and always always print out manuals.

For people not to have word or Adobe Acrobat Reader is nothing short of scandalous. These folk should have their computers confiscated and be shot at dawn!!!!

It's nonsense to say PDF doesn't work it does.
It works on every platform PC MAC and on every OS even non Microsoft.

Is it that most of these users who complain have no brain or common sense???

Their MTU software should be taken from them!!!!

Having a sub-standard manual detracts from your product
and I'm sure I am not the only one with this view.
