If you are not getting a Ticket number then you have MTU blocked somewhere in your email, because this number is issued by an automatic email sent shortly after you submit. Look in your Spam folder and it is probably there. If not check with your email provider to see if they are blocking it.
Did you look to the far right of the screen in line with your software and past the registration code as I posted right before Admin? This would be in your Store Account.

The Ticket number arrived after I posted so I am waiting for a response.
As for the Add to Cart button there is NONE by either Hoster group on my store account page. I posted a copy from my page on 6/27. There are 3 products at the top of the page that do have Add to Cart buttons but my hosters are at the bottom of the page and DO NOT have such button. I guess we will have to wait and see what MTU says as to why not. But let me pick your brain on another subject. UPgrades. I don't sign on regularly, just when I have a need. I was quite surprised about this 12 month limit on upgrades or you have to pay again. When I purhased my stuff it was written that if you bought version 3 you got all the version changes until 4 came out. That was reasonable and seems to be what the industry does on my non MTU products. An example of the unfairness is my Songverter v 1.21. MTU has now posted version 1.22 and 1.23 and they are FIXES! Why should folks have to pay for those? Well, got that off my chest. |

I cannot comment on MTU policy changes. I am not a member of MTU.
I do believe though that Songverter 1.22 and 1.23 got more than just fixes. There were changes too that made them for functional.

Well, I guess I will keep using my 3.21a version.
I did the ticket thing but nobody checked my account, just told me to go to the store/my account and click on the Add to Cart button. AND CLOSED THE TICKET so I can't respond without starting all over again. Gee, how many times does a person have to say there is no such button on my account page for a person to actually look at it and get with me to fix it. I am an adult, I can read and certainly follow simple instructions. But there is no darn button! Just sign me "Pulling my hair out!" |

Great one liner! But really, the account I signed into has my name on it and lists the 10 products and upgrades I have purchased over the years. Does that count? Ironically, the two Hoster products I have are the only ones NOT showing with an Add to Cart button and they are listed at the bottom of the page instead of the top. Go figure.
