George he told me exactly what I needed to know right here, "there are both .cdg and .mp3 files together". This is an MP3+G song file. That was what I was trying to get out of him.
Since he is new to using a computer for karaoke, he did not know what type of file it was to be able to import it. Roy going from CD to Hoster creates a KMA not KMH.
