Thats a hard question to ask, because any number of things can cause a Run Time Error. You need the information beyond the title in order to determine what caused it. And even then it may be so vague that you can't figure it out.
Is there a download to fix it? No because it could be something to do with a Windows function, a hardware function, firmware function within the hardware or a software function call. This seems to be the best explanation of it. http://asknerd.net/index.php?option=...FQ975Qodmy5YKQ They recommend Registry Mechanic, but I recommend System Mechanic as it does more then just the registry.
