(Virtual Memory Setting) Need Some Help

In system properties under virtual memory setting the system won't let me allocate more then Initial MB 4096 and Maximum MB 4096, when the Recommended amount is 4605 MB., when I press the set button a message pops up telling me that 4096 is the max.

I have 99 Gigs available on Drv C:\ Why is this happening and what can I do to change it.

Appreciate some help with this.
