Which version 4.09 are you running? If it isn't 4.09D then you need to upgrade to that.
Does the drive show up in CD\DVD Default drives? And does it show as good? Is it set as the read drive? Is this an external or internal drive? Can you read a disc in it (the directory) through Windows Explorer?
