Upgrading to 4.09c

I am currently using 4.08 Hoster Lite. It's running great as of now, is there any reason i should upgrade to 4.09c? Just curious. What are some of the things that have been changed? I've read the website, and most of the stuff there doesn't even pertain to me actually. What has improved that isn't mentioned on their website? advantages to upgrade???
