Hey Steve,
I downlaoded some songs from Tricerasoft last year. Like you said it was nice being able to get a new song and not have to wait.  Aside from the legal/not legal issue, they have not added any songs from Panorama/Karaoke Monthly since May of 2008 (7 months now). I stopped buying tracks from them for this reason. Seems kind of odd plus the Panorama track are the only ones I wanted.   I don't want to fan the fire here, just my two cents worth. Jim
