Vince,
Have you checked to see if the firmware update makes the drive work correctly? Did you restart your machine after you updated the driver? If you restart your machine and the drive still does not work you can rollback the driver and windows should read the correct drive again. The new driver may be causing this to happen. Did you check the site to see if they have a driver for the 7190 model? Jim ![]()
