Disc Duplication Error

I Have Ms 4.006 I Am Trying To To Duplacate A .wav File But Every Time I Put In A Blank Disc I Keep Getting There Is An Invalid Source Disc. (disc Duplication Error). I Have Tried Several Cd`s But Nun Of Them Work.
