I have 2 compters that i use for my shows, both are running hoster 3320, mine is XP, and my wifes is VISTA. I had some problems with the vista, until i disarmed the uac,no problems since then. I have 77,000 songs on my external hd, and 52,000 songs on my wifes external hd. What i want to do is to clone my external hd (all songs have been imported thru hoster and are kma songs)to use on my wifes computer so that we both have the same songs that way if one computer fail during a show, i would have a back up.this is where i need your expert advice. I think that all i would have to do with the clone of my external hd, is run build song data base on her computer (hoster). My concern is her playlist files. Would i have to manualy re-do her playlist files,or would hoster do that when i rebuild the song data base? She has appox. 20 playlist files with approx 300 songs in them. Any help, or advise will be greatly appreciated. Please make it as simple as possible,as i am not good with computers.

Thank You
Paul
i'm not sure if i am reading you right, i think your wife's playlist is on your int. drive , where hoster is supposed to be in , and all your kma files are in your ext. drive..if you were to clone , you have to clone your int. drive so that way you wont lose your wife's playlist, it's better to clone your int. drive so thay way you'll have a copy of your os just incase your laptop crashed, and also you can clone it into a bigger drive and swap in your cloned drive, and keep the old drive for a back-up ,and you can copy your ext.drive into another drive for back-up..i cloned my laptops int. drive
i made 4 of them,
