Dale,
I feel like a real idiot!!!!! On the first page I was looking for something that said volume label and a box next to it with that information. This morning I saw just a box with... WD Passport. I thought, I'll try it....and it worked!! Thanks for taking the time to help people who are computer challenged. I always appreceite your help.
