Question on F Drive

I just tried it with the external drive (different external drive) on my desktop, and it came up with.... Enter current volume label for drive L. I put the letter N and it came up with... an incorrect volume label was entered for this device. I don't know what it's looking for. I'm going to try it with my desktop before I try it on my laptop.

With the drive connected. Right click on it in My Computer or Windows Explorer. The information there will tell you what the Volume Label is. You have to know that to reformat the drive or it won't let you continue.
