You can run Hoster 4.01 with a version of Windows Media Player other than 11 BUT it definatly runs best with WMP11.

I advise when you install WMP11 that you never open it. This may sound strange, but when you open WMP11 you have to go through a setup process which ends up taking using resources best saved for Hoster.

I do not use Windows Media Player, EVER but it has to be installed for Hoster to run correctly.

Might as well install the version that makes Hoster run the best.
