Help New User of hoster!!!

Hi from New Zealand I have just recently purchased Hoster and I am experiencing some teething problems which you would perhaps consider minor. I have been transferring my zipped files to hoster but ERROR now comes up on all files in the staus box.

The save to folder is to my ex drive which has plenty room (250G WD) so I would nt think the problem would be there (hopefully)
