What brand/model of laptops? What Operating System? What type of sound card? Internal and External if using both? What software is installed for the sound card(s)? Have you installed all of the updates from Microsoft listed under the Custom Update section of their website? That is just a few of the questions and I am sure there will be more after you answer these. ![]()
