Red face need to reinstall hoster

Hello!
My computer crashed and I need to reinstall my hoster. My backup says registration code not matching and try to reinstall....what do I do? Where do I reinstall without purchasing again? I have my registration code, email and everything, but the support ticket I sent was not getting any response. I think I'm not doing something right, I need guidance pleeese...anybody???
