Demographics
Hey Guys,
I've been doing this for about 4 years now. I started playing with Karaoke in 2000 as a hobby. Got good enough, according to my friends, to go out and do it in public. I've work in bars, but use the background music for entertaining during Happy Hour and during dinner, where I am the only singer. I also do 2 or 3 weekly shows at Retirment and Nursing homes. It is very gratifying and financially rewarding. I'll be 72 years young in September. Chuckster HP Laptop dv4000 with 100 GB drive running Windows XP. 2 External Western Digital 120 GB drives 12,000 songs on hoster 29,000 songs on iTunes I use a Fender 150 or 250 for my sound system. I don't have to sing over the bar noise, so these work great.
