Urgent Help Required!

How do I go about getting any help from MTU?? I am trying to install the hoster 3.316 upgrade which I just purchased. I paid my money, it won't install, I sent a support ticket 3 days ago to MTU & selected "High Priority" and no one from support has even bothered to open it as yet!! what kind of support service is that? very poor service I think! I have gigs to do, the upgrade has wiped my previous version off my pc now so I need to get things sorted urgently & time is running out for me. I feel very let down by MTU support, it seems they are happy to take the money but don't want to help anyone! terrible.
