Go to the Support Center on the main web site and submit a ticket. That will be the fastest way to get help from MTU Support.
A way to prevent this problem in the future is to "Save" your downloads instead of hitting "Run". Then burn all of them to a CD along with your registration information. According to the information you listed in your post, you did not pay for a CD copy to be sent to you, which is extra.
