My Hard Drive Died. Had It Replaced. Lost All Programs On The Drive, Including, Microstudio, Keyrite, Vogone & Khp. I Have The Disc's, But I Don't Have My Serial Numbers Anymore (lost). I Have Submitted 2 Support Tickets, 1 Dated 10 April And The Other 13 April. As Of Today, 16 April 2007, Both Support Tickets Still Say "not Viewed". No One Can Help Me With This, I Don't Think, Except Mtu. I Can't Find A Phone Number For Them And They Don't Respond To My Support Tickets. I Don't Know What To Do. Anybody Got Any Ideas ?
