No CD+G Copy Success...& No Sleep

Whats the secret to copy a CD+G????...I have MicroStudio 2.312, and a new Plex CD Recorder 40/12/40A and have basically reconfigured my whole system and lost way to much sleep over this....upgraded just about everything possible and still my software doesn't recognize my CD recorder as CD+G capable....WHAT UP?
