Question Will this graphics card do extended desktop?

Hi i am looking at getting a new laptop and the 1 i am looking at the moment has an ATI Express 200 graphics card. Does anyone know if this card does extended desktop mode?

here r the laptops specs ,r they ok to run hoster?
