The only thing that will cause this is the drive.

What version of the Demo are you using? You can go to the Help Menu\About Hoster to find out.

If it is version 3.303, then go to the Tools Menu\CD/DVD Defaulf drives. Then make sure you have a CHECK in the "Use software Decoding" checkbox. If this is not checked then this is the problem. If it is checked then the drive is the problem.

If you have the 3.310 version, then this is done automatically for your drive and there is no manual checkbox to select. I would also download the demo again to get the 3.310 version and then try importing the songs again.

These files that you have already imported, they are bad so you will need to delete them as they will always play like this. The problem was on the import.

Let us know what happens once you try this.
