Good Track, But Makes Noise In The Program

I Make Cdg's, And It Goes Pretty Smooth. Right Now I Have 3 seperate Tracks That Make A Thumping Nose At The End Of The Song. The Original Tracks Are Fine (mp3) But They Are Converted To Wav Files For The Karaoke Program.
