Unable to see singer display

Hello. I have read all the posts & Manual and nothing in them have helped me fix my problem. I have two systems.

DESKTOP BACKUP SYSTEM: 3.110 version, XP HOME with all updates applied, using a LCD for primary display, TV for secondary (Singer display). This system works correctly. I start a song, I get my preview display on the LCD and the singer display on the TV.

LAPTOP SYSTEM: 3.120 version, XP HOME with all updates (video driver too!), using the LCD for primary, TV for secondary (singer display). I know I have extended my desktop because I can see the desktop on the TV, Display setting show the TV as a secondary display. Note: I AM NOT USING the singer name display!

Here's the problem on the laptop: I start a song and I only get the preview display on the laptop screen. I do not get the singer display anywhere on either displays. I go to display pro. to make sure that Im in extended mode which I know that I am because I get the desktop image on the TV.

What have I done? I have used my pointer to "dip" into the edges of the displays to see if I can find the singer display that may be hiding beyond what I can see, did not find it.

I removed hoster completely and went to the store and downloaded 3.120 again, still the same issue.

And I think that it.
