help with registeration

Hi,

I was wondering if someone here could help me out on this situation, My hard drive had crashed and I had to reformatt the darn thing, and now im strying to reinstall the Hoster software, but when I goto input my email and registration code it rejects the email adress. I have contacted support and get put on hold then eventually they say goto the forums for addtional help, sooooooooooooo
here I am. Any info would be appreciated on how to resolve this problem. I use the Hoster prg at our bar and need to get this baby up and running within a few days. In case admins reads this forum my registration email is jdtbigdog44@aol.com so maybe they could help. Any and all help would be appreciated.
