Angry Microstudio woes

I'm very frustrated with the Microstudio program I purchased. Recently I upgraded to the 2.612 software as you suggested because I kept getting the message: "serial number doesn't match registration, please re-install.". But even after upgrading I kept getting the same message... and I re-installed three times, to no avail. I e-mailed you for advice, but have received no reply. Today, 10-05-05, I re-ordered the same upgrade (2.612), paid my fifteen dollars, and downloaded it. Guess what... same problem.

PLEASE get me a solution!!!

P.S. I have Windows XP Security edition, and a Sony Vaio desktop computer with plenty of memory space.
