simple updating

Help, yesterday I logged in and purchased the latest update for my Hoster program. I was able to pay for it and got the e-mail cofirmation, even got the link page for the download. Now I can't get it to download. It states that I have already made 2 copies of the program and that I need Hoster to authorize it. it aslo says that my serial number does nt match my registration. I have purchased the entire Hoster program 3 times so far over the past 2 years so I know there are different serial numbes out there all linked to me but which one is which? My intent only to update not purchase a program noy buy a 4th program.
Please let me know what to do.
