I'm going nuts!

I got a new bigger, better computer system because two of my computers crashed.

I LOVE MicroStudio & KHPro, but CANNOT get them reinstalled on my computer! I am able to reinstall Keywrite and Vogone, but not the two most important ones to me.

I want to make my CDG cds, but cant until I have these programs installed. I've tried emailing support, sales and the office manager. A year ago, I got replies much quicker than this. Does anyone know what I can do to get running again. I paid too much money to have to buy the program again.
