New laptop & getting hoster onto it

Hi ,i was thinking of maybe getting a new laptop if i can save enough money. How would i install my copy of hoster on to a new laptop when i get rid of my old laptop? It will now its a new comp and say that i am trying to install on more than 2 comps if i am correct. Would mtu reset the reg if i bought a new laptop? Its just a thought as i would like to get 1 with extended desktop mode ,so i will see if i can get enough money first.
