ratio, compressor/limiter & normalization

I’m almost ready to go… I’m about to start importing all my songs into hoster…
I’m requesting help regarding all import settings…
Based on your experience, what radio compression would be the ideal?
Any suggestion about Compressor/Limiter & normalization settings?
Has anyone tried importing a song with several settings and see the difference?
What would you recommend as the best (and more appropriate) setting?

A few moths ago there was this thread about the possibility “to transform” from your existing mp3+g files into hoster files…
Well, using Microstudio I’ve already imported all my songs as CDG files (as back up). Is there any way to just “convert” them to kma files? (I’m sure it would faster).

Thanks a lot for all your help.
