Regenerate Download Links

I recently upgraded my computer after an OS crash. I was unable to recover my saved emails with my download links for my MTU software (the suite) from my system or my back up. I understand there is a cost to have them regenerated for my new PC. How can I go about getting that done and what is the cost?
