Microstudio is so much superior you wouldn't believe it.

I had that other product when I first started, and believe me I wouldn't go back to it no matter what.

I all fairness to you however, the most common reason for the problem you describe is poor quality media. Better you know that up front than to change for that reason alone, and still have the problem, only to have us suggest it's the media after the fact.
