First, ADMIN doesn't generate the download emails. Our on-line eCommerce store has been automatically generating the download emails for over 2 years now. They are NORMALLY sent out within seconds of your credit card being approved.
However... that didn't happen this time. I reread your post and saw "I purchesed the hoster 2 days ago" so I went back to my orders preview screen. I see your order was placed on August 2nd, and I can't explain why the emails weren't generated for 2 days
We are in the final days of converting to a new store we have been working on since February. Maybe... the download generating scripts were being upgraded and your order went into limbo...
