Hoster affects Microstudio

Trying to install upgrade on desktop removed Hoster and apparently affected Microstudio. Microstudio can't open, and when I try to reinstall, I receive error message "The file WNASPINT.DLL1 cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in the cabinet file Data1.cab. This could indicate a network error or problem with the package." I am running Microstudio 2.40. Any suggestions? I have also posted in Microstudio help. I also can't install the Hoster upgrade on my desktop as it states I have on 2 computers. The program on my notebook has a previously addressed glitch with shutting down when adding a new playlist, which required me to try another clean install, and I can't get the desktop to install.
