reinstall microstudio?

I upgraded my computer this past week and when I went to reinstall microstudio, it's now telling me that it's already on another computer... My computer is the only one in the house with a compatible burner (we now have four computers), and it's the only computer that's ever had microstudio installed on it. Can someone help me pretty please?

I forgot to mention... when I upgraded, i got a new processor and motherboard too... I don't know if that makes a difference. It sure beats using a compaq
