Microstudio re-install

Previously i posted that I had a problem installing Microstudio because of an ethernet problem. Once again I have the same problem. I recently purchased an ASUS motherboard which proved to be defective so I exchanged it for an MSI board. These two boards have different ethernet chips. I once again can not re-install Microstudio. I have already sent an email to technical support but thought that it would be a good idea to post my problem here. Your expedience in repairing my problem is greatly appreciated. I have a need to start using your program again in the next couple of days. Thank-you for you help.
