Since you're primarily interested in CDG, you should know that MTU markets a CDG\DVD capable burner. It may be a bit higher in price than other sources, but they certify each one they sell to work with CDG. The software you'll need is Microstudio, for copying CDG's and KHP, for creating your own CDG's.Click on this link to read about them.
